You have to make a minimum of 2.5 times the rent; A satisfactory credit rating will be required.
- What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
Most recent one month's worth of paycheck stubs, verification of employment from employer, most recent tax return.
- What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Your roommate would not qualify to live on property.
- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If there are no charges at move out.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
There is a lease buyout agreement connected to the lease; you must follow the lease buy out procedures to break the lease.
- Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, with an additional montly fee.
- Do you accept short term leases?
No, we offer 12-18 month leases.
- Do you require renter's insurance?
Yes, the minimum requirement is $100,000 personal liability.

- If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Through your online resident portal to submit a service request for the home.
- When is my rent payment due?
On the 1st of every month.
- On what day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

Yes, we also accept credit card payments (service charge applies).
- Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Online.
- There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Guest may stay a maximim of 14 consecutive days without having to be added to the lease.
- My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, they must be listed as occupants on the lease.
- Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

Yes, you will have to sign up for services.
